My name is Michelle Dalley and I am the Chef and owner of Mudder Trucker's. You can check out my About the Owner page for a little more about me.

I have owned Mudder Trucker’s since October, 2017. If you’re wondering where I came up with the name, it ties into a bit of my background and being from Newfoundland. Currently, I am offering catering out of my own home until I can get my own little storefront, and yes I am willing to deliver to your home!

All of my comforting dishes and baked goods are made from scratch. A lot of the recipes I use have been handed down from family or throughout the years from playing with and tweaking recipes I’ve found, as well as those I’ve created just by experimenting with flavours and textures and things that work well together. This business is my passion and love for food that I want to personally share with you.

SIDE NOTE: All items on my Catering/Products page are subject to price change due to rising inflation. My online catering products and restaurant menu are two different options and are both available to be catered to your home. My storefront menu will be posted at a later date. All custom baked items are placed to order.
